Location in the centre of the city was a plus. It was surely a GOOD stay for even one night.

The hotel is very clean, with a tastefully decorated reception and dining room. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful. the comfortable beds and lovely balconies were also highlights. Great location for exploring the city's interesting architecture.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a very convenient location for exploring Vichy. The bedroom was a very good size and the hotel had nice period features.

Thought the bathroom and soft furnishings could do with a bit of updatinf/modernising.

The staff being very helpfull, although when arrived they had no record of the booking from Booked.net, they managed to accomodate.

The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with balconies on both sides. The staff provides basic amenities and there's attention to detail, such as having balconies and toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of options and is accompanied by a strange cheap coffee.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
